How Do I Place An Order?
When you choose an item of jewelley you are interested in knowing more about, you click on the picture. The next window will give you a second picture of the item and the ability to look close up. Once you have chosen to purchase the item, you click the "ADD TO CART" icon. A pop up window will notify that you have added the item to your cart. If you wish to purchase more than one item, then you return to the main menu and continue browsing, repeating the above steps when you choose further item to buy. Once you have finished chosing the items you would like to buy, please click on the 'cart' icon on the top right hand corner of the page. This will enable you to view all items in your cart. From there, follow the simple steps to buy your jewellery using our PayPal checkout.
Payment and Shipping
We have an SSL approved secure shopping site to ensure your data is safe and secure and use PayPal for all purchases, accepting major credit cards. If you wish to make BACs or online baking transactions, please contact us on email@example.com. Once you payment has been processed, please allow up to 10 working days for your Sincerity Jewellery to be handcrafted and despatched.
All jewellery is posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed®, fully insured up to £500 , trackable and requires a signiture on its arrival.
Returns & Refund
We love our Sincerity Jewellery and we want you to love it too. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 working days of purchase for a full refund. Please emails us at

To process an order we also need your credit card number and expiry date, plus any security details that the credit card processor may require. This process takes place in the secure PayPal environment. We gather personal information to allow us to process your orders, register your account and contact you with information regarding your order and to recommend offers and products that maybe of interest to you by email and post.
